Diplomas

Starting for Fall 2023 graduates, Bunker Hill Community College has partnered with Parchment as our authorized vendor to provide graduates with digital and paper diplomas and certificates.

If you graduated prior to Fall 2023 and have not yet received your diploma or certificate, please contact graduation@bhcc.edu.

Digital Diplomas

Bunker Hill Community College now offers a free digital diploma to students right after graduation. Your digital diploma complements your paper diploma but is faster to access and can be shared in multiple ways. 

How to Get A Digital Diploma

Students who will receive a digital diploma include Associate degree and Certificate recipients who graduated starting in fall 2023. Graduates will receive an email with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma.

Follow these simple steps:

  • Check your school email for the award notification
  • Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account
  • Share your digital diploma on social media, send to potential employers, or save for your records

NOTE: Your digital diploma will always be accessible through your Parchment account. You can login and download or share it again and again -- at no cost to you.

Paper Diplomas & Diploma Covers

Along with your digital diploma, graduates will also receive a paper diploma mailed from Parchment. 

Diploma covers will be distributed to students that participate in the Commencement Ceremony in May.

Your paper diploma will be sent to the mailing address that you submitted on your graduation application. BHCC will email graduates once the official conferral process has taken place. At that time, your official transcript with your degree listed will be available.  Within the week following, graduates will receive an email from Parchment regarding their diplomas. You will have 72 hours after you receive email notification from Parchment to confirm your mailing address. Please check your address for accuracy as soon as possible to avoid your diploma being returned If you have already submitted your graduation application and need to update your address, email graduation@bhcc.edu as soon as possible.

Replacement Diplomas

If you need an additional copy of your diploma or certificate there is a $10.00 fee. Please download and fill out the Duplicate Diploma Request Form and follow the instructions. You will submit the completed form and payment to Student Central.

NOTE: Diplomas will be reprinted with the student’s name at the time the credential was awarded. Diplomas cannot be reprinted with a new/updated name.

*Please be sure to check the Diploma Name on your Graduation application for any errors. Diplomas or certificates that need to be reprinted due to misspelling will be subject to the $10.00 fee.
