Joining this Fitness Center loyalty program is easy – just pick up your Power Club Tracking Card in the Fitness Center and begin logging your workouts. 15 workouts earns you a water bottle and 30 workouts earns you a t-shirt and a spot on the Bulldog Power Club wall! (Only one workout may be logged per day and each workout must be at least 30 minutes.)
Fall dates: September 2 through December 12
T-shirt prizes for top male and female students and faculty/staff members on each of the 4 competition days. Remember, 4 dates means 4 opportunities to compete and win!
When: Tuesdays, September 16, October 14, November 18, December 9
Time: 12 – 1:00 p.m.
This program is focused on promoting healthy living, fostering campus wellness, and helping you get fit! Each day offers a new challenge to be completed in the Fitness Center. T-shirt prizes for everyone who participates and completes a minimum of 25 of the 40 days. Special recognition to those participants who complete all 40 days!
