Refunds of excess financial aid
Your actual financial aid dollars will be credited to your account during the middle of the semester after your enrollment level has been verified, book charges have been added to your account and all NA grades have been reported by your professors. If your financial aid results in a credit, you will be refunded this difference. This generally happens in early April for the spring semester.
Student Payments No Longer Accepting Cash Payments
To ensure the safety of our student payments staff, the College will no longer be accepting cash payments at the Student Payment window. BHCC accepts payments via personal check, money order, American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
