Every registered student will get a BHCCOneCard. Your card will be sent to your primary address on file with the College. To get your refund, you must activate your BHCCOneCard and choose how to receive your money. If you want faster access to your funds, choose to have your refunds deposited directly into your BHCCOne  Account. Activate your card and make your refund selection online at www.BHCCOneCard.com 

What are my options for receiving all student refunds, including financial aid refunds?

Your options include having your refund: 1. Easy Refund-Directly deposited into your BHCCOne Account (one day or less). 2. Deposited to another bank of your choice (two to three business days).

The BHCCOne Account from Official Payments is an FDIC insured FREE CHECKING account that allows you to access your student refunds quickly and easily. The BHCCOne Account has no minimum balance, and no monthly fees, and offers free Internet banking features. You can use your BHCCOneCard to make purchases anywhere the Debit MasterCard® is accepted. 

1. Easy Refund (depositing your refund to your BHCCOne Account) is the quickest way to gain access to your money. In order to have your refund directly deposited, activate your BHCCOne Account as soon as possible. (2). You can use the BHCCOneCard as a debit card (NOT A CREDIT CARD) to make purchases at all Debit MasterCard® locations, access cash at an ATM, pay bills, send money electronically, and so much more. (3). There is no charge to you for receiving your refund directly to your BHCCOne Account. There is no monthly fee or minimum balance for the BHCCOne Account.

Yes. Log on to your account and change your refund preference.  To do so select “refund preferences” from the “Refund” menu option.  When on the page make your new selection And click on the “Update Preference” button to complete the change.

Yes, this is your official BHCC ID and it should be used whenever a student ID is required such as at student social events, fitness center, health services, library and computer labs, and in other instances when asked for your student ID.

The BHCCOneCard is the card you use to access your funds if you choose to accept the BHCCOne Account.  With the Debit MasterCard® logo on it, you  can use the card as a debit card wherever Debit MasterCard® is accepted.  Please note there is a withdrawal fee from the ATM providers if you withdraw funds.  The card is NOT a credit card. It is a DEBIT card.  You will continue to enjoy the same features and benefits that your current account has, such as access to over 55,000 fee-free Allpoint® ATMs, built-in money management tools and a significantly revised fee schedule (no more NSF, PIN, or Teller Withdrawal fees.  To find an Allpoint® Network ATM click on  Where can I Find a Fee-Free ATM?
