The current issue of The Nation magazine has published the poetry of five students who were enrolled in a College Writing I class at Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC). The Nation is the oldest continuously published weekly magazine in the country, and is widely recognized in literary circles for its poetry.
“Take Me Out To The Ball Game: Celebrating Fenway@100,” a new exhibit at the Bunker Hill Community College Art Gallery, opened Monday, September 17, with a multi-media salute to America’s favorite pastime and Boston’s beloved hometown team.
After more than 16 years of guiding unprecedented institutional growth and dramatic transformation, Bunker Hill Community College President Mary L. Fifield will retire effective June 30, 2013.
